Trailing behind its digital art installation with Universal Everything is Zaha Hadid Architects's new 3D-printed sculpture for Milan Design Week 2017. The striking installation called "Thallus" was created using a six-axis robotic 3D printing system that churned out a continuously looping 7 km strip of plastic.
